Supreme Harmony College, Invigilation Service

Please read carefully before registering for an invigilation date:

1. Make sure that your University/College allows you to write on the date you wish. Normally you must give your school enough notice for them to send paper exams to us. If you are pressed for time, you could ask them to courier the paper exam to us at your cost.

2. When informing your university that you will be using our invigilation service, simply state our name "Supreme Harmony College" as the invigilator, and provide our mailing address as : #1203, 555 Austin Ave, Coquitlam, B.C. V3K 6R8.

3. You can write paper exams as soon as we receive it. It normally takes less than two weeks within Canada, so you may be able to write much sooner than 15 business days. If it is an online exam, it is even faster, usually within 3 days to a week that we get your exam information. The sooner you write, the sooner your exams are marked.

4. On a publicly scheduled invigilation date, the cost of writing a paper exam is only $24 plus 5% GST = $25.20 per exam of up to 3 hours. Some exams that exceed 3 hours are charged additional $8 per extra hour. Exams that are less than 3 hours will still be charged $25.20.

5. Internet based online exams are charged $35 plus GST = $36.75 per exam of up to 3 hours, regardless of the date, so you do have more flexibility on dates.

6. On a non-publicly scheduled date, aka special-request, i.e. a date of your own preference and choosing, the invigilation fee is $35 + GST = $36.75.

7. The exam usually starts at 9:00 am unless otherwise permitted. Depending on the number of students, the location will be either at or near an instructor's home if only one or two students, ( e.g. near Lougheed Mall in Burnaby ), or in a public Library's facility or in a class/conference room if sufficient students warrant its use and cost. You cannot pick and choose which location though, and we'll inform you the location prior to your exam. The location will be kept quiet and as free of disturbances as possible.

8. If you agree to the terms and conditions detailed herein and once you have decided on the date, click the appropriate register button below to pay for the invigilation service. A confirmation letter will then be emailed to you within 3 days. Exams will be returned to your universities immediately for those that have no invigilation appointments already made and fully paid for.

9. All fees are non-refundable.

10. If you change or postpone your exam, you will need to reschedule the exam again anew. Thus, pay for it again.

11. The rules for writing your exams include:

    1. Washroom breaks are highly discouraged. Use the washroom prior to your exam.
    2. No cell phone use, earphone, any electronic devices except those permitted for the exam such as calculator.
    3. No text, books, notes of any kind, except those permitted by your school specifically for the exam.
    4. Bring at least one piece of government issued photo-id, e.g. BC Driver's license or Canadian passport. Foreign ID will not be accepted.
    5. Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your exam time.
    6. If you are late for your exam, your exam will still terminate at the previously scheduled time.

12. Your completed exams will be mailed by regular post to your university on the same day. If you need it to be sent by Express-Post by Canada Post, the cost is $15 within Canada.
